    Hey,

First off – great game. I played it a year ago and just started another game and have to say it’s great to see the improvements. The thirst system is great, stills are fairly cheap to build. Is there a possibility to move doors / stills?

The actual reason why I made this topic is the throwing skill. From the beginning to the very late game, it’s in my opinion the easiest way to kill things by making about 10 stones and throwing everything to death. Most mobs turn around after a while which gives you time to pick up stones and throw them again. Fire elemental and imps on night 3 are no problem like this. I personally think some balancing work needs to go into this. Maybe make it so that the skill increase doesn’t boost the damage so dramatically as long as you throw the most basic of weapons (rocks), implement some harder to craft throwing weapons (javelins, small axes, ect.) to make it less feasible just throwing rocks. Maybe they should only do 1 dmg or even none to stronger enemies.

It just makes the game too easy and seems that the problem hasn’t changed since last year.

Let me know what you think.

    Thanks for playing!

Yep, it’s been a problem for quite awhile. Some changes coming up in 1.5 should help the balance quite a bit by lowering the damage ramp, adding durability to thrown items (breaking), and damage being effected by vulnerabilities/defense.
