    1. Does quality of tool affect the result?
    2. Does transmogrified items have better crafting result? Or depend on their original qualities?

    Okay forget about the second one, because items are not highlighted at once after being transmogrified.

    Remarkable, Exceptional and Legendary all give bonuses in crafting in the form of increased chances at becoming Remarkable, Exceptional and Legendary themselves. The more used in the craft the better, the higher the quality, the better.
